Terms of Service
These terms govern the Automatic Image Annotation website, APIs, and related services. Last updated: February 8, 2025.
1. Agreement
By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.2. The service
Automatic Image Annotation provides AI-generated image descriptions, alt text, and captions, along with image pack purchases. Features, prices, allowances, and validity periods are shown on the site and may change as the product evolves.Wall label generation is live. Uploaded images and generated copy stay in your account history until you delete them. The service depends on third-party model, payment, storage, and email providers and may be delayed, rate limited, or briefly unavailable.3. Accounts and security
You can sign in with a one-time email code or a third-party account such as Google. Use an email address you control and keep your sign-in credentials and devices secure.Activity under your account is treated as yours. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately; we may restrict sign-in or take other protective measures.4. Image allowances and packs
- 1 image = 1 use. An image is deducted only when you open a new image.
- You can view the same image once more free within 7 days (2 views total); after that, confirming a new round uses 1 more credit.
- Text adjustments do not use image allowances.
- Failed or interrupted requests are refunded automatically.
- Purchased images never expire. Signup bonus images are valid for 30 days and are used first-in, first-expired.
- The highest image pack you have purchased decides batch limits and available export formats.
- Balances are based on server-side ledger records. Raise disputes within 30 days.
5. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details. Order status is confirmed by the provider and our server, not by the browser.To request a refund, contact support with your order ID. An order can be refunded only if the image allowance it granted is completely unused; the granted images are reclaimed after a refund. Timing depends on the payment provider.6. Your images and AI output
You are responsible for the images you upload and for having the rights to use them. Do not upload other people's private information, identity documents, illegal content, or material you do not have permission to process.Uploaded images are stored privately and stay in your account history until you delete them, as described in the Privacy Policy. AI-generated descriptions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to output produced for others. Review every result before publishing, especially names, text, medical, legal, or financial details.Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use the generated descriptions in your own projects. You are responsible for how you use them.7. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:- create or spread illegal, infringing, fraudulent, hateful, or sexual content, or content harmful to minors;
- violate intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- bypass rate limits, image allowances, or permissions, mass-register accounts, or resell the service;
- reverse engineer, stress test, scrape, or interfere with the service;
- violate any applicable law or these terms.
